We currently offer both domestic and international shipping so you can enjoy KOKOLINA wherever you are.
Each order is carefully packed with love and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handcrafted or prepared in small batches, processing times may vary. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing and shipping may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure every order meets our quality standards.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing for international orders, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our Velvet Body Dust and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns.
However, customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you'd like to exchange an unopened and unused product for a different scent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll do our best to help. Customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request promptly and work with you to make things right by offering a replacement, an exchange, or another appropriate solution.
